Both Piper and Phoebe are insufferably irritating in Seasons 5-8, but I'm gonna have to give the edge to Season 3-8 Phoebe. She's easily the worst Charmed One by far. In particular I pointed out in the Buffy subreddit that compared to stuff the followed like Starz's Spartacus series and Band of Brothers and its decade later sequel The Pacific, Buffy's writing is really campy and rather plain and I got downvoted a lot even though I pointed out what I seen so far is superior to the average Charmed episode.Hear me out. I've always wondered about how in the first episode Phoebe received a premonition while riding her bike (Not touching an item), Prue was able to move the creamer into her drink (Not ever doing it again) and Piper was able to freeze the chef for a longer period than anyone for a while.
